How do I convert Excel to PDF?
Upload your .xlsx, .xls or .csv file and press Convert. Every sheet in the workbook is included by default, and the PDF downloads straight from your browser — the file is never uploaded anywhere.
Does it convert every sheet, or just one?
Every sheet. Each one starts on a new page under its own name, and its first row is repeated as a column header on every page it spans. You can untick any sheet you do not want before converting.
Are dates, percentages and currency printed correctly?
Yes. Dates are written as YYYY-MM-DD rather than a serial number like 45292. Numbers keep their currency symbols, percent signs and thousands separators, and if the cell's format rounds digits away — 15.5% displayed as 16% — the PDF prints the full value instead of the rounded one.
What is not carried over from the spreadsheet?
Cell values, merged cells, column widths, borders and alternating row shading are carried over. Cell fills, fonts and text colour, conditional formatting, images, charts and clickable links are not — link text is kept. Formulas print their last saved result.
Does it support non-Latin text?
Latin and Western European text, Central European and Baltic Latin, Cyrillic, Greek and Devanagari (Hindi, Marathi, Nepali, Sanskrit) are all rendered with real glyphs. Scripts we cannot embed yet — Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai — are reported by name instead of being replaced with question marks.
Is Excel to PDF conversion private?
Yes. The workbook is read and the PDF is built entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.
What if a sheet is very wide?
Columns are measured with the real font, so nothing is squeezed to illegibility. A sheet too wide for one page continues onto further pages, each labelled with the range of columns it covers.
