TryDocsy provides free online file processing tools including but not limited to:

• ·PDF tools: compress, merge, split, rotate, watermark, sign, unlock, edit, OCR
• ·Image tools: compress, resize, remove background, crop, convert
• ·File conversion: PDF to Word, Word to PDF, image format conversion
• ·Exam photo tools: resize photos to government exam specifications

All processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not receive, store, or process your files on our servers.

3. Permitted Use

You may use TryDocsy for:

• Personal, educational, and commercial file processing
• Preparing documents for government exam applications
• Compressing, converting, and editing your own files
• Any lawful purpose consistent with these terms

4. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use TryDocsy to:

• Process files containing illegal content (child exploitation material, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TryDocsy is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of output files. Always verify processed files before submitting them to official portals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryDocsy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero, as the service is free).

7. Intellectual Property

The TryDocsy name, logo, website design, and code are the intellectual property of TryDocsy. You retain all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership over any files you upload or download through our Service.

8. Advertising

TryDocsy is free to use and is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad preferences can be managed through Google's Ad Settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of TryDocsy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
