How it works
1. Drop your PDF
Upload a single PDF up to 100 MB. A file that needs a password to open is rejected immediately with a message to unlock it first; one with only owner-set restrictions still loads normally.
2. Pick a rotation angle
Choose “90° CW”, “180°”, or “90° CCW”. Each option rotates by that amount relative to the page's current orientation, so applying 90° CW twice in a row lands on 180°, not back to the start.
3. Choose All Pages or Select Pages
“All Pages” applies the chosen angle to the whole document in one pass. “Select Pages” shows a numbered button for every page — tap the ones you want rotated; the rest stay exactly as they are.
4. Rotate, then download
Press “Rotate All Pages” (or “Rotate N Pages” in custom mode) and the button becomes “Download Rotated PDF” once it finishes. The saved file keeps the original name with “-rotated” added before .pdf.

Only three angles — no freeform rotation
The tool offers exactly three rotation amounts: 90° clockwise, 180°, and 90° counter-clockwise (which is the same result as 270° clockwise). There's no slider or numeric input for an arbitrary angle, so a page that's slightly crooked from an uneven scan — tilted 3° or 7° rather than a clean quarter-turn — will still be crooked after using this tool; it only corrects orientation in 90° steps, not skew.
Because rotation is applied to whatever orientation the page already has, rotating an already-sideways page by another 90° in the same direction turns it upside down rather than upright. If a page ends up rotated further than you expected, apply the opposite preset (90° CCW undoes 90° CW, and vice versa) rather than assuming the tool resets to zero first.
A flag change, not a redraw
Rotating a page here only updates the /Rotate value stored in the page's dictionary — a display instruction that tells any PDF viewer which way to turn the page when rendering it. The underlying text, images, and layout inside the page are never touched, resampled, or recompressed, so there's no quality loss and no meaningful increase in file size no matter how many times you rotate.
That same shortcut is why there's no visual preview here: the tool doesn't rasterize your pages to show you what the rotated result looks like before you download, it only shows a grid of page numbers to select from. Open the downloaded file to confirm the orientation before sending it anywhere important.
